What is the Makeup Faces Counter?

My ‘makeup faces counter’ is regularly updated with the number of people/faces I have personally worked on or taught.  It shows the number of people I’ve applied makeup for and also those I’ve taught in my private or small group workshops.

Why?  It’s designed to show my experience in applying makeup, teaching makeup and act as proof that I am active in my business  - that my experience isn’t dated or from years ago, and that I’m not a part-timer or makeup ‘hobbyist’.  As the number has grown, so has my experience and expertise.  The larger the numbers, the more you can be confident I’ve dealt with your own specific makeup or skin challenges before, on someone else!

How?  First I started keeping track of my ‘hours’ after hearing it takes 10,000 hours to become ‘world class’ at something.  But I realised counting ‘faces’ is more meaningful to me.

What is not included on the Makeup Faces Counter?  The counter does not reflect any face painting I’ve done (as in kids’ face art) or makeup performed by any of my Lillybeth team of makeup artists.

Lillybeth’s goal for 2016:  I hit it my target of 500 in 2013, 2014 and 2015.  My goal for 2016 is 600 faces. Help me get there by booking me for the makeup for your event, special occasion or advertising project.
